The Pacific Palisades Hotel, a Kimpton Hotel, takes advantage of MBody Fitness + Wellness Spa, located in the courtyard of our boutique hotel. With the motto, "to express in definite form," MBody means to help you embody the key elements of overall well-being. Our range of signature treatments include nutrition counseling, cleanse programs, spa time for girls, spa time for couples and fitness routines to rejuvenate and restart.

MBody Fitness + Wellness Spa features a 55-foot indoor swimming pool, whirlpool, steam room, two gyms, personalized fitness & yoga programs and spa treatments. Spa treatments can be enjoyed in one of our two relaxing spa treatment rooms or in the privacy of your own guestroom.
